Here are a few photos from our trip to NYC this past weekend. It was a whirlwind trip of two days and one night, but we experienced quite a bit in that short time: a kid’s art class at the Met; playground & gelato at Central Park; Stage Deli; FAO Schwartz; Subways & Buses & Taxis; tapas dinner & the Statue of Liberty.
Kid-centric trip that it was, hubby and I were able to steal away for a late night dessert at Edgar’s Cafe and our very own tiny hotel room on the Upper West Side – photos not included 😉

Thought about you this weekend. Looks and sounds like you had a great time! We have a pic of my 8yo on the piano @FAO and a goofball pic at Lady Liberty from our visit earlier in the week. I’ll have to share them. So nice you and your husband got some time alone. We didn’t and hope to steal a night away to Boston soon.
