It’s Friday and our family is ready to do a little celebrating of summer solstice. Every year, we mark the longest day with some kind of outing and tonight we’ll be having a picnic dinner at our local lake.

On a whim, our family went to a local amusement park this weekend. Our almost 10-year-old is tall enough to ride any ride in the park now, but sadly, his parents have limitations.
