Hello, and yes, it’s still Monday. And RiverDog Prints is still having a Canning Giveaway to kickoff the summertime canning season! I am switching the canning giveaway to the blog, as it’s a violation to hold a giveaway on Facebook. Who knew? Well, my friend, Bridgett did, so thanks for the heads up, B!
The giveaway prize is a set of 12 Canning Tags (double tags tied with baker’s twine for gift wrapping your creations) and two sheets of round labels/stickers for your regular or wide-mouth jars. The design will be the winner’s choice. I’ve added a new design to the canning line of tags and labels/stickers, which is pictured below. It’s called Vintage Posie. I’ll be adding it to the stores on Etsy and at cynthomas.com sometime tonight.

The polka dot canning labels are my favorite. I’d probaby use them to differentiate between black/blue/rasp/strawberry jams or when I can use my tomatoes by.
