I used to wear an outfit in high school (it was the 80s, people) that consisted of a candy pink blouse with a ruffled collar and a bright green corduroy skirt, finished off with clogs. Which is why this color combination on these recipes cards is an unusual choice for me.

But a customer requested the pink to go with the vintage green and it has definitely grown on me. She used my printing service to give these cards as part of a gift to her future daughter-in-law with all her son’s favorite recipes. I loved being able to create, not just the design, but the whole card with lots of kitchen history attached.
