Having the goal of losing 44 lbs. by my birthday in August is a big goal. I’ve already stated that if I don’t get all the way to 44lbs., I’ll be okay with that. But what else do I want to accomplish?
Smaller goals are good for my confidence. Who doesn’t like to check off things on a list? Below is a list of big, and not so big, goals that I’d like to make happen. Some are meaningful, some are silly, some have been on a list in my mind for A-while, but they are all a positive move forward. Let me know if you see anything you’d like TO DO too!
To Do:
:::Run at a 6.0 pace with ease, which would be 3 miles in 30 minutes.
:::Learn how to stress without eating.
:::Be able to do a perfect Chaturanga Dandasana.
:::Buy a share at a local farm.
:::Wear sleeveless with pleasure. I’d like to hear the word “cut.”
:::Get more sleep!
:::Do a Ninja Flip like Buffy (see video below)


Like I told you, I’m in on the 44 x 44. Fortunately my birthday comes a little later than yours, so I have more time. Maybe in a couple of weeks I’ll share my blog with you (once there is more to share and if I keep it up). Where did you get the countdown meter on the sidebar? I should set one up too.
And unlike you, I hvae the 44 to lose.

i want to lose 44 by your birthday! i also think your smaller goals are GREAT–totally all congruent with the big goal. oh, summer and sleeveless. it’s so hard to remember that i will want toned triceps in june during these sweater days. . . .
