After playing a little Liz Phair on my guitar, I need to stretch and relax with a bit of yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Dogs stretch and take care of their bodies, if you let them.  We like to get a good workout &#8211; it makes us give you that awesome ear-to-ear doggie smile.<\/p>\n<p>So, get out and play!  We can both use some running around.  And then we can eat, stretch and crash (I mean meditate.)
