I&#8217;ve already stated that if I don&#8217;t get all the way to 44lbs., I&#8217;ll be okay with that.  But what else do I want to accomplish?<br \/>\n<br \/>\nSmaller goals are good for my confidence.  Who doesn&#8217;t like to check off things on a list?  Below is a list of big, and not so big, goals that I&#8217;d like to make happen.  Some are meaningful, some are silly, some have been on a list in my mind for A-while, but they are all a positive move forward.  Let me know if you see anything you&#8217;d like TO DO too!<br \/>\n<br \/>\nTo Do:<br \/>\n:::Run at a 6.0 pace with ease, which would be 3 miles in 30 minutes.<br \/>\n:::Learn how to stress without eating.<br \/>\n:::Be able to do a perfect <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yogajournal.com\/poses\/469\" target=\"_blank\">Chaturanga Dandasana<\/a>.<br \/>\n:::Buy a share at a local farm.<br \/>\n:::Wear sleeveless with pleasure.
