Week 13 ::
Documenting the brief turn of a leaf… this Japanese maple leaves turn red for about 10 days. And without fail, every year within those 10 days, we get a storm that blows the delicate leaves off and away.
The leaves have already met with the rake.
Gorgeous! We raked the backyard, but didn’t get to the front before the snow. If you need to get to my front door, you’ll be met with the biggest pile of leaves you’ll ever see. Love my trees, except in November.
