Last week was the first full week to implement our new schedule and I would mark it a success. I haven’t quite gotten on the early morning bus yet, but it takes time for this old body to adjust. Part of this schedule is to live healthier, in both my personal and business life. Defining my time for myself and my family already feels better–healthier. There is work time, workout time and family time. It seems so simple, but I realize it’s hard work to commit to managed time.
I’m ready…

Wonderful! What a great idea…having a schedule is so important but I often neglect to do it & just feel run-down as a result. Writing it down is even better…I am going to give this a try! Thanks for sharing yours 🙂
I’m liking this idea. I may have to try it myself! My kids will def. hold me to it, so I must be careful.
I’m glad to hear your 1st week went well! You’ve obviously really thought about how you can fit your work around other schedules, here’s hoping that this fits the bill! WOOT!
