\"\"I am still digging out from under all of life’s lists and to do-s (last week’s post here<\/a>.) I’ve developed a recurring eye twitch (always a good sign [just like the use of frequent sarcasm]. And school activities are at a fever pitch as the year comes to a close.

\nBUT! I am excelling at doing something good for myself and the family. I am managing, amidst the chaos, to grow\/cook\/eat super healthy and super local food. My usual behavior in stress-filled times is to go for the sweetness in the freezer, but we have been nourishing ourselves in the best way and it has made a difference.
\n
\nMy moment is knowing that I can feel good by making these choices, even when the world seems to be spinning too fast.
